The Leather Chef's Wallet is saddle stitched by hand, joining each leather piece together with a durable Pre waxed thread. Hand-stitching is done with only two needles. To create each stitch, the entire piece has to be pierced with hand tool. The thread runs back and forth on either side of the leather in with the help of those two needles what is called a "saddle stitch"
