At The Leather Chef, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our craftsmanship and products. However, if you need to return an order, we are here to assist you. Please email us directly, and we will guide you through the return process. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Notification: Please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date that you wish to initiate a return. The return shipping of the product should be initiated on the same day or within the next day.

  2. Return Initiation: The return process should be initiated within 2 days from the delivery date.

  3. Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, with the cards intact, and in its original packaging.

  4. Store Credit: We will provide price adjustments in the form of store credit within 5 days from the day we receive the product back at our workshop.

How to Start a Return Process:

To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to with your order number. We will respond with the remaining steps of the process.

Return Processing Time:

Once we receive your return at our workshop, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Special Conditions:

To ensure fairness and assist our customers, the following conditions apply:

  1. Damaged Products: We reserve the right not to refund products that have been damaged by any means, such as fire or water.

  2. Product Usage: Products should not be used in order to be eligible for a return.

  3. Complete Package: The products must be returned with all the items originally included in the package. Returns will not be accepted for packages missing any components.

  4. Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale on the website or any event are not eligible for a refund.

  5. Restocking Fee: The Leather Chef may charge a restocking fee of 10% if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the delivery of packages received without a Return Authorization from our side.
