Returns & Exchanges
We always aim to work with full dedication and make sure our customers love our craftsmanship and products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met :
- Please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date and return shipping of the product should be initiated on the same day or max. by next day.
- Return Initiation should be done within 2 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, cards intact, and in its original packaging.
- We will provide the price adjustments in the form of a Store credit within 5 days from the day when we receive the product back at our workshop.
How do I start a return process?
Please reply back to your order confirmation email, send us an information that you’d like to initiate a return. You can also send us an email at email@example.com with your order number. We will get back to you with the rest of the process.
How long will it take to process my Return?
Once your return is received at our workshop, we will take 3-5 business days for processing.
To help our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt fairly, we reserve right not to refund the following:
- Product damaged by any means like fire, water or etc.
- Products should not be used.
- The products should be returned back with everything which we have sent with the package. Anything missing from the Package will not be accepted.
- Products purchased from sale on the website or any event.
The Leather Chef has the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%, if product is not returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of packages received without a Return Authorisation from our side.
